Know what you are buying, before you bid

Two reports for buyers of UK property. One reads the legal pack and cites the page behind every finding. The other reports what the sold evidence supports, as a range. Both are free while we launch.

Legal Pack Review

Upload an auction pack, a lease, a management pack or a TA6. We work through a named risk checklist and report what the documents say, with the document and page behind every finding.

What the pack does not answer is reported too, with the question to send your solicitor.

Buyer Intelligence Report

An address in, the evidence out: what recent sold prices support as a range, the comparable sales behind it, rents and yields, planning applications, flood risk, and the surrounding area.

Every figure is a range, and every block states its source and the date it was pulled.

What these reports do not do

They report evidence. They do not tell you what to offer, what to bid, or whether to buy. A solicitor must review a legal pack before exchange, and a survey and your own viewing complete the picture on any property.
