Who we are

These reports are produced by Salet Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16662600). Salet is a buyer-only property representation business. We act for buyers and never for sellers.

What the reports are

The Legal Pack Review reports what the documents you upload actually say, measured against a named risk checklist, with the document and page behind every finding. Where the documents do not answer a checklist item, we say so rather than filling the gap.

The Buyer Intelligence Report reports what publicly recorded sold prices and market data support for an address, as a range, with the source and date of every block.

What the reports are not

They are not legal advice. A legal pack review is a reading, not a substitute for a solicitor, and you must instruct a solicitor to review the pack before exchange.

They are not a valuation, a survey, a mortgage valuation or a recommendation to buy, bid or offer any figure. We report evidence and ranges. We do not tell you what to pay.

They are not financial or investment advice, and we are not authorised to give it.

What you are responsible for

You must have the right to send us any document you upload. We read what you give us: a report covers the documents supplied and nothing else, so an incomplete pack produces an incomplete picture, which the report will say.

Decisions are yours. We are not liable for a decision taken on the strength of a report, and our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for it, which during launch is nothing.

Price

Both reports are free while we launch. If that changes, the price will appear on the pricing page before any charge is made, and you will never be charged for a report you did not ask for.

Availability

We apply daily limits so the service stays affordable to run. If a report reaches a limit it is queued rather than refused, and you are told.

Ending things

You may delete any report and its documents at any time from your library. You may ask us to close your account by emailing saran@salet.uk.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
