What you get: homes in one postcode district showing a reason to sell, refreshed weekly, as tiles with the reason, the date, the strength and a suggested approach, a CSV whenever you want it, and a weekly email of new leads, plus 10 investor pack credits. Leads name properties, never people.

The leads are for this one district, for example M6 or CV5. Choose carefully: it cannot be changed once paid.

This pass lasts 30 days from payment, until 23 November 2026. One payment. It does not renew and nothing more is taken from your card. Its credits end on the same day; any unused then are lost.

I want my report supplied immediately, so that it can start as soon as I submit it after paying. I understand that once a report has started I lose my 14-day right to cancel it.
