What you get: homes likely to come to market in one postcode district, refreshed weekly, and which sectors of the district are getting busier, as tiles with the reason, the date, the strength and a suggested approach, a CSV whenever you want it, and a weekly email of new leads. Leads name properties, never people.

Postcode district

The leads are for this one district, for example M6 or CV5. Choose carefully: it cannot be changed once paid.

This pass lasts 30 days from payment, until 23 November 2026. One payment. It does not renew and nothing more is taken from your card.
